Business Center
The Business Center, located on level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse in the South Building, provides FedEx Office services, including: digital color and black and white copying and printing; computer rental and laptop docking stations; office supplies for sale; document finishing services; and FedEx shipping options. Satellite stores are located on level 2 of the North Building, West Building and Lakeside Center. Postage stamps can be purchased here as well, with mailboxes located nearby.
The 24-hour Convenience Centers on level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse and level 2 of the Central Concourse provide high-speed workstations, photocopiers, lap top hookups, laser printers, self-service fax, stamps, ATM and pre-paid phone cards.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the facility, including exhibit halls, meeting rooms and public spaces.
ATM
Cash machines are available in each building: level 2.5 in the South Building’s Convenience Center; level 2 of the North Building, near McDonald’s; level 1 of the West Building near the Transportation Center; and level 2 of the Lakeside Center, near the Arie Crown Theater box office.
Food
Starbucks are located in the West and North Buildings and Lakeside Center, and coffee is available at cafes in each of the buildings as well. Convention-goers have variety of options for food, from grab-and-go options such as pizza and sandwiches on the trade show floor to full service dining. For full service upscale, check out The Fine Print Restaurant in the South Building or 270 Degree Restaurant in the West Building. The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is host to full-service eatery Shor, as well as a cocktail lounge.
Coat Check
Coat check service will be located according to the even schedule; permanent coat check areas are located at Gate 4 in the South Building and at the Transportation Center in the West Building.
Wheelchairs, etc.
Wheelchairs, scooters, designated parking TDD telephones and other information and services are available for visitors with disabilities. For rental reservations, contact Scootaround, Inc. at 888-441-7575 or by visiting their website. Onsite rental may be available.

The convention center offers relaxation stations, located on level 2.5 in the Grand Concourse and level 2 of Lakeside Center, where visitors can unwind with upper-body massage sessions that last from 10 to 30 minutes. Shoe shine satellite service areas are set up depending on event activity.
Green Roof
Fifteen percent of the convention center’s 1 million-square-foot rooftop space is made up of modular green roofing. The 40,000 plants cover 96,000 square feet.
