This workshop teaches the management and green principles outlined in the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS Green Building (GB) criteria, as well a better understanding of the key operational characteristics of a quality, customer-focused cleaning organization. Attendees who pass the on-site exam will achieve I.C.E. and I.C.E.-Green Building certification.
