The McCormick Place Convention Center and Radisson Blu Hotel of Chicago, was home to the 2016 BSCAI Annual Convention, which took place October 27-29. With a record-breaking 600 attendees, BSCAI wrapped up a successful conference that provided attendees with fresh ideas, new strategies and professional contacts designed to have a lasting and meaningful impact on their businesses.

Conference highlights included:

• Opening and Closing keynote speakers: Dan Heath, bestselling author, Heath Brothers; And Shep Hyken, CSP, CPAE, Shepard Presentations, LLC, customer service expert and professional speaker;
• Collaboration with ISSA/INTERCLEAN, including keynote speaker Dennis Miller;

Overall, the Annual Convention was filled with BSCs looking to connect, learn and expand their products and services to meet the challenges of today’s marketplace. BSCAI was proud to host this annual event in 2016 and will once again be partnering with ISSA for the 2017 event.
