To help make online ordering easier for customers, distributors can make their e-commerce platforms customizable for each individual customer.

End users are given a password protected user name and account, which they can personalize for easy ordering. Account users can see their order history as well as set budget parameters so they won’t be able to overspend.

Customers can also create shopping lists to help speed up the ordering process. For example, they can set up a quick reorder form of their most commonly purchased products. Instead of having to select each item from the catalog, customers simply select the reorder shopping list and check out.

Customers can set up as many shopping lists as they like: one for green products, another for floor care items, etc.
