Dilution control systems are tasked with mixing chemicals at the exact dilution ratio with water. Units themselves come in a variety of options, from wall-mounted to portable. Dilution control systems are available for a variety of uses. Wall-mounted units can be used to fill large, heavy-duty equipment such as autoscrubbers; in food-service applications, combining dishwashing liquid and sanitizer, for example; and in janitorial closets to dispense anywhere from 1 to 8 different chemicals. Some systems can be built upon from a basic one- or two-chemical unit.
Portable units simply attach to the mouth of a bottle specially fitted for the dilution control system, and dispense chemical to either buckets or bottles according to the setting chosen by the user.
