Jan/San Distributors Select Favorite Products

Using the right product can make or break a contract. A better product allows building service contractors to clean faster or more effectively. It could mean the ability to offer a lower bid, helping to secure the business. But with so many products in the marketplace, how do BSCs know which products to trust?

The following 40 products were chosen by jan/san distributors to be among the best in the industry as part of the Sanitary Maintenance Distributor Choice Award program. These products are the ones distributors turn to most often when presented with a problem from customers.

If BSCs aren’t currently using these products, they should ask their distributors what makes them winners. Contractors may find that making a change improves their current service.

The award program is put together by Contracting Profits’ sister publication, Sanitary Maintenance. To be considered for the award, a product had to run in a 2018 issue of Sanitary Maintenance or on its website Cleanlink.com. Magazine subscribers received an email ballot with the opportunity to pick up to five products considered to be the best in the industry. There were nearly 300 nominations; each ballot contained a randomized selection of products.
