This year, the Facility Cleaning Decisions Manager of Distinction Award honors five recipients with leadership qualities that raise the status of custodial services and instill a sense of personal pride in their staff.
Chosen from approximately 100 nominees, the managers profiled here exemplify a commitment to their profession that goes above and beyond their job duties. In addition to implementing the latest cleaning technologies, the award winners encourage employees to advance their career goals and never fail to show appreciation for a job well done. They place great emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, in conjunction with quality cleaning, and successfully steer their departments toward that goal.
But their positive influence extends well beyond the walls of their department. Through industry involvement, volunteer services, and a dedication to their organizations, these five executives inspire others to achieve excellence, as well.
