IEHA Rolls Out The Red Carpet For Convention Attendees

Celebrating its 15th year as an alliance partner, IEHA will once again hold it’s annual convention in conjunction with the ISSA/INTERCLEAN conference. Members will be welcomed at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Nov. 16-21, 2013, as IEHA rolls out the red carpet to celebrate its 47th Annual Conference and Convention.

Attendees to this event will benefit from an always exciting Welcome Reception, over eight hours of educational sessions focusing on the science of cleaning, management skills and continuous improvement, as well as networking and face time with product manufacturers in the Vendor Showcase.

And because of the alliance partnership between the two organizations, IEHA members attending the conference will also have access to the ISSA/INTERCLEAN exhibit show floor.

“The ISSA show is the most amazing thing and that is a big draw for a lot of our members because they are looking for new products,” says Beth Risinger, CEO and Executive Director of IEHA. “On the other side, the education that IEHA provides is focused directly to the members and identifies changes they need to be aware of. We give them new information that they need to better themselves and do their jobs day in and day out.”

For industry executives attending both the IEHA and ISSA conferences, it can be a long week with a lot going on. To make sure attendees make the most of every minute, Risinger recommends reviewing the list of educational offerings well in advance and planning well before ever stepping foot in Las Vegas.

“Members should identify which sessions they are most interested in attending so they don’t miss out,” she says. “Once on the ISSA show floor, use the tools such as maps and whatnot, offered by ISSA, to get around and make the most of your time.”
