Networking is one of the greatest benefits for many attendees of the show. Building relationships with others in the industry, whether or not attendees do business with each other, can be beneficial, both professionally and personally.

The ISSA Meeting Hub, which provides private space on the show floor that attendees can rent by two-hour, full-day or three-day time slots, is a great place to build those relationships.

Another great addition to this show is the ISSA Bistro, a relatively upscale dining option on the show floor that gives attendees opportunities to reserve tables for their groups or to walk up for individual tickets.

“Because the show is so big and there’s so many people, sometimes it’s difficult to find an easy space to sit down and have lunch with a customer or ensure that your own team can sit down and have lunch when you want to,” Steinbach says.

And don’t forget about the Show Floor Happy Hour, held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20. All Request Live, starring cover band Vegas Limit along with Rosalee, will play the songs requested by audience via text and Twitter.

In addition to the typical eating and drinking, there will be a special nod to the 90th anniversary of ISSA.

“This is ISSA’s 90th year so we’re basically turning the happy hour into a 90th anniversary party, so we’ll have live entertainment like we usually do and a little something special to share during the happy hour because of our anniversary,” Steinbach says.

So celebrate 90 years of ISSA by registering for this year’s show and taking advantage of all it has to offer. It’s “your show” — be sure to get “your value” out of it.
