As the editor of a publication with 38,000 readers, I've had the opportunity to meet and talk with thousands of industry professionals. 


During these meetings, I am often humbled by the kind words and overwhelming support I receive regarding the publication and the quality of content we at Housekeeping Solutions work so hard to provide.

This support was never more prominent than with the launch of the redesigned magazine in February. As I had mentioned in that issue, I received some fantastic feedback after teasing the new logo to our social groups — comments we used as motivation to continue exploring new and exciting designs and quality content in that issue. But, what I wasn't quite prepared for was the outpouring of feedback once the entire issue was available.

Since that issue was mailed, I have received countless complements via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, myCleanLink and even through the magazine's new group on Google+. Many of you were also kind enough to take the time to call or email me directly with your kind feedback.

Well, I have been rendered speechless — and those who know me well, know that it takes a lot for that to happen.

The kindness that I continue to receive when interacting with each of you speaks volumes to the character of those working in this industry.
