Alliance Partners Co-locate Their Events With ISSA In Chicago

BSCAI Annual Convention

Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) is holding its Annual Convention from Oct. 26 to 29 at the Radisson Blu Hotel and the McCormick Place Convention Center. The event features more than 20 hours of education sessions, designed by building service contractors for building service contractors. Keynote speakers this year include best-selling author Dan Heath and customer service expert Shep Hyken. The event also provides opportunities to network with fellow industry professionals and experts.

IEHA Conference and Convention

IEHA is celebrating its 50th Conference and Convention in Chicago from Oct. 22 to 28 at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. This is the 18th year the association for in-house cleaning facility managers has co-located its annual convention with ISSA/INTERCLEAN. The conference features more than 12 hours of education, ranging from leadership to staffing to personal branding. A number of receptions allow for networking and fun.

CETA Annual Convention

The Cleaning Equipment Trade Association (CETA) 2016 Annual Convention will be held from Oct. 24 to 28 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The event provides several education sessions on business ownership, human resources and industry trends. The convention also includes a keynote address by Dr. Barry Lawrence and a tour of U.S. Cellular Field, home of the Chicago White Sox. CETA members can also be found in a designated pavilion on the ISSA/INTERCLEAN show floor.

ARCSI Convention & Education Conference

The Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI) 2016 Convention and Education Conference will be held Oct. 24 to 28 at the Doubletree Hilton in Chicago. The convention features a variety of education sessions, roundtable discussions and networking receptions catered to residential cleaning professionals. Keynote speakers include Debbie Sardone, Kristen Hadeed, Alonzo Adams and more.

Green Clean Schools Forum

The Green Clean Schools Forum is a two-day event presented by Healthy Schools Campaign and ISSA. A series of seminars designed specifically for K-12 and higher education cleaning professionals will run throughout the day on Tuesday, Oct. 25. The next day, there will be a personalized, small-group tour through the ISSA/INTERCLEAN exhibit hall, with specific stops at booths of manufacturers that are pertinent to green cleaning in schools and universities. The forum also includes networking receptions to mingle and compare notes with fellow attendees.

Green Sports Alliance Workshop

The Green Sports Alliance Team and ISSA are spreading the word regarding how sports venues can reduce the impacts associated with cleaning in the Chicago Greener Cleaning Workshop. Attendees get strategies on overall improvements in the cleanliness of sports facilities that have proven effective in reducing health and environmental threats. The workshop is on Thursday, Oct. 27.

High Performance Workshop

Concepts 4 Cleaning Consultants will host its High Performance Workshop called “Utilizing Technology & Team Specialists To Achieve Breakthrough Improvement” on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Presenters Jim Harris Sr., and Jeff Merrihew will demonstrate how software designed for team cleaning specialists can help janitors achieve even greater cleaning performances. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and an ISSA/INTERCLEAN trade show badge.
