Navigating McCormick Place South Convention Center

ISSA/INTERCLEAN will be held at the McCormick Place Convention Center. The state-of-the-art facility is located minutes from downtown Chicago. Trade show activities will take place in the South Hall.

Business Services

The FedEx Office offers a broad range of digital document production services, large format color printing, sign and banner creation, document finishing services and computer rentals. The site, located on Level 2.5 of the grand concourse in the South Hall, also offers shipping services and last-minute office supplies.

The American Express OPEN lounge, located on Level 2.5 of the grand concourse in the South Hall, offers card holders and new applicants a quiet place to recharge and do business with amenities such as complimentary coffee, snacks and electrical outlets.

Wi-Fi

Free wireless internet service is available in public spaces throughout the convention center and in meeting rooms. The service is for checking email and basic web surfing. Upgrades are available for a fee.

Wheelchairs

Attendees in need of wheelchairs, scooters, power chairs and oxygen equipment can rent them by calling Scootaround Mobility Solutions at (888) 441-7575.

Food

The South Hall food court, located on Level 2.5, offers several options to choose from: Little Italy, Pacific Rim, American Grill, Fiesta Brava, Express to Go Sandwiches, Salads and Snacks as well as a Soup Bar. Outside the food court, attendees can dine at Jamba Juice or Starbucks. To dine without leaving the show floor, Cafe A1 and Cafe A2 are located inside the exhibit hall and serve hot and cold sandwiches, salads and beverages.

Coat And Bag Check

A permanent coat check is available at Gate 4 in the South Hall. During events, bag and coat checks are added in convenient locations for event attendees.

ATM Machines

Cash machines are available in each building and accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Cirrus and Plus. In the South Hall, the ATM is on Level 2.5 in the Convenience Center.

Phone Charging

Attendees with low batteries can recharge their phones in one of four charging stations. In the South Hall, the charger is on Level 1 at Gate 4 by the escalators.

Parking

Three parking lots are available for motorists at McCormick Place. Lot A is the primary lot for the South Hall. Depending on the lot, parking begins at $15 per day. A limited number of guaranteed parking spaces are available at the rate of $31 per day by advance order of an Attendee Parking Permit.

Chicago Transit Authority Stop

Attendees can take the CTA train to and from ISSA/INTERCLEAN. The station is located at the intersection of Cermak Road and State Street, which is two blocks from the northwest corner of McCormick Place West Building (Gate 41). One-way fares on the train are $2.25 and the train runs about every 15 minutes throughout the day. The fare is slightly more if coming from O'Hare Airport.
