Business Center: Attendees in need of photocopying, printing, computer rental, shipping and document finishing can find assistance at FedEx Kinko’s. The main center is located on level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse in the South Building and open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Satellite stores are also located on Level 2 in the North Building, Level 2 in the West Building and Level 2 in Lakeside Center.

24-Hour Convenience Center: Located on the 2.5 Level of the Grand Concourse, this Center provides laptop hookups, Internet access, fax machine, photocopier, stamps and phone cards.

Coat Check: Permanent coat check areas are located at Gate 4 in the South Building and at the Transportation Center in the West Building.

First Aid: The First Aid Offices are located on level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse (South Building), on level 1 of the West Building and on Level 1 of the Lakeside Center (East Building).

ATM Machines: Cash machines are available in each building: South Level 2.5 in the Convenience Center; North Level 2, near McDonalds; and Lakeside Level 2, near the Arie Crown Theater box office. All cash machines accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, Cirrus and Plus.

Relaxation Stations: Offering upper-body massage, visitors can take a few minutes to unwind from their busy schedules. Sessions run between 10 and 30 minutes. Permanent stations are located in the Grand Concourse on Level 2.5 and in Lakeside on Level 2.

Information Desks: These information checkpoints about events in the facility and available McCormick Place services are located in the South Building, Level 1 and in Lakeside Center on Level 3.

Parking: McCormick Place has two parking garages, one located nearby the South Building and one located in Lakeside Center. The current charge is $19 per day regardless of the length of stay.
