BSCAI Annual Convention
For the first time Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) will co-locate its annual convention at ISSA/INTERCLEAN from November 11-13. Educational seminars and networking opportunities are designed specially for the building service contractor industry.
IEHA Annual Convention
The International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) will host its convention along with ISSA/INTERCLEAN for the 11th consecutive year from November 8-12. Events include in-house cleaning focused seminars and networking opportunities as well as CEH/REH certification exams.
DistriPak Pavilion
The National Paper Trade Alliance (NPTA) will once again host the DistriPak Pavilion on the show floor November 10-12. The area features manufacturers of packaging systems, shipping-room supplies and foodservice packaging materials.
ARCSI Convention
The Association of Residential Cleaning Services (ARCSI) will host its 7th Annual Convention and Educational Conference from November 9-13. There will be educational seminars and coaching sessions focused on residential cleaning.
PRSM Live
The Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) Association presents PRSM Live on November 11. The event features a discussion among retail facilities management and their vendors focusing on maintenance best practices.
IFMA Orlando Chapter
On November 10, Steven Spencer, State Farm Insurance Facilities Management, presents "Asset Management by Design," a seminar that demonstrates how facility design, maintenance and cleaning can be combined into an asset sustainability model to reduce costs and have minimal impact on the environment.
WFBSC Panel Discussion
On November 10, the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) presents "The Global State of Sustainability," which will discuss how contractors from around the world are handling sustainable commitments and the challenges they face.
Monday, November 8
Golf Tournament — 12:30 p.m.
Kick off the trade show experience by participating in the ISSA Golf Tournament at Grand Cypress Golf Club. The day includes lunch and prizes for winning teams. Separate registration required, benefiting the ISSA Foundation.
Tuesday, November 9
Networking Lunch — 12 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Speaker Dean Lindsay will discuss "Cracking the Networking Code," a seminar designed to help build meaningful relationships. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with different members of the industry, including distributors, building service contractors and in-house service professionals. Separate registration required.
Thursday, November 11
Show Floor Roundtable Lunch — 12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
This networking opportunity takes place in the exhibit hall. During the meal, table leaders will facilitate conversations about leading trends with members from all segments of the cleaning industry.

Show Floor Happy Hour — 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Unwind after a busy day at the trade show by networking with peers and singing karaoke with a live band.
Green Connections Center Back by popular demand, the Green Connections Center (found right in the heart of the trade show) features product displays, research reports and live demonstrations in a full-sized mock restroom, classroom or office setting. Government regulators, industry advocacy groups and other experts will be on hand to answer questions and address updates to green standards. Case studies and white papers will also be available, for free, to attendees. A putting green will also be stationed in the Green Connections Center to offer attendees a break from the show. A golf pro will be on hand to offer putting tips between cleaning demonstrations and those attendees who participate can enter to win a pro golf bag. |
Innovative Products Nearly 50 standout products have been highlighted as innovations to the industry and nominated for ISSA's 2010 Innovation Award. Winners were determined by online votes. All Innovation Award nominees will be on display throughout the show. |
