he Anderson Chemical Co. is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2011. Alfred Anderson, grandfather of the current generation of owners, Swedish immigrant and founder, established the company in Litchfield, Minn., in 1911.

Bruce Anderson, son of Alfred, was the architect of the change and growth through the 50s, 60s, and 70s. For the last 35 years, the 3rd generation (Bruce, Terry, Leif, Lindsay and Brett) have been managing and projecting the company into a national enterprise.

With the fourth generation on board, the company looks to the future with anticipation and gratitude that come from living and working in a land of freedom and opportunity.
