Carroll Company has added industry veteran Larry Nedrow to its executive leadership team as Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer.

Larry was most recently Senior Vice-President of Business Development for AFFLINK. Prior to AFFLINK, Larry worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, holding key management positions including Senior Director of Sales. As Director of Corporate Strategy, Larry supported the Global Strategic Leadership Team in the development and execution of initiatives across the global enterprise.

Additionally, he was Plant Manager at Kimberly-Clark’s chemical manufacturing facility in San Antonio, and Mill Manager at their Hattiesburg, MS converting facility. Larry received his BBA, Marketing from Iowa State University, and his MBA from the University of Georgia.
