The Sofidel Group has bought the U.S. company Cellynne Holdings Inc and its marketing company Stefco Industries, an integrated paper tissue manufacturer in North America with three strategically located manufacturing facilities in Florida, Nevada and Wisconsin, particularly active and established in the Away-From-Home market and with key Private label Retail clients.

Thanks to this acquisition, Sofidel will be able to reinforce its presence overseas in conjunction with Stefco’s well established brands, facilitating synergies with large clients who are present worldwide.

Sofidel is delighted to be in the US market and the company is committed to grow market share in the US, AFH and at-home markets as dynamically as Sofidel has grown its business in Europe.
