Following the publication of its 2012 Sustainability Update, Avmor, a manufacturer of professional cleaning solutions for Canada’s foodservice and janitorial markets, announced it has reduced its greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption, and has grown revenues based on its sustainability initiatives.

The report stated the company experienced a 500 percent top-line growth in revenue from green cleaning products over the past 6 years. Avmor's line of green cleaning products now represent 35 percent of total company revenues, according to the company. 
 
Additional metrics cited in Avmor’s 2012 Sustainability Update included: 
•    Launch of 6 new green cleaning products
•    Reduced type I and type II carbon emissions by 18 percent from 2011 levels
•    Reduced energy consumption by 9.7 percent since 2010 (kilowatt per kilogram of product produced)
