AFFLINK, a sales and marketing organization in the janitorial supplies business, has added software-maker sales-i as one of its preferred suppliers, according to the company. 

The Evanston, Ill.-based software company creates programs that integrate "hard data with soft data," giving distributros and sales professionals insight into customer supply needs, transactions and data on prospective clients. The system is designed to help distributors better address the time, expense, and complexity of accessing and understanding increasingly large and complex amounts of business data, the announcement stated.
