After moving to America from the African nation of Togo, Frank Dogbe, founder of SOS Building Services, learned to speak English, enrolled in and graduated from college and started his own cleaning company. Fifteen years later, he encourages his immigrant employees to do the same, in hopes that they too will pursue their dreams.
