The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) announced the following promotions in its administrative, consumer outreach and government affairs teams:
 
• Wanda Stokes, Director of Administration. Previously Associate Director of Administration, Wanda has served the association in a variety of key positions since arriving in 2003.
 
• Martha Chapin, Associate Director of Education & Web Services. Martha has been with ACI since 2008 and previously worked for the American Red Cross for 18 years. She has 30 years of experience teaching children and adults about a variety of health and safety topics. She helps support ACI consumer outreach programs, while managing ACI’s in-depth website, www.cleaninginstitute.org. She previously served as Senior Manager, Education & Web Services.
 
• Leonard Bellisario, Manager, Government Affairs. Leonard joined ACI in 2013 as Government Affairs Coordinator. A 2010 graduate of the University of Akron, Leonard is responsible for expanding ACI’s legislative tracking efforts, assisting with research and issue organization, as well as the development of digital advocacy tools. Prior to arriving at ACI, he held a variety of positions with several non-profit organizations and political campaigns.
