Bradley Company is proud to announce an expansion into Central Indiana and the opening of an Indianapolis office. It’s a move into a major market for the company whose accelerated growth began in May of 2013 with the opening of additional offices in Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo, Merrillville, and Grand Rapids. The opening of Indianapolis is the next step in the company’s 37-year history of providing market-leading commercial real estate services.
In addition to expanding its full-service platform into Central Indiana, Bradley Company is announcing the addition of two well-respected professionals to their leadership team. David Reed will become Senior Vice President of Brokerage for Central Indiana, and Jeff Norris joins in a new company leadership role as Senior Vice President of Commercial Asset Services.
Mr. Reed, a 29-year industry veteran and a trusted advisor to many occupiers of space and institutional investors, has a proven track record. Most recently, Reed was the Managing Director of DTZ in Indianapolis. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of CBRE’s Indianapolis office.
“I have known and respected Bradley Company for many years,” says Reed. “I am excited to be part of an organization with a culture of Quality, Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork.”
Reed, who currently serves as the Vice President of ICBR (Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS), will serve as its President next year.
Mr. Norris will provide company-wide leadership of Bradley Company’s Commercial Assets Services group, including commercial property management and commercial maintenance. Norris will work closely with all market leaders and commercial teams to deliver the highest value of service. Jeff comes to Bradley from Indianapolis-based Defender Direct.
Norris says he was drawn to the opportunity to help Bradley grow in Indianapolis and beyond as the company strives to become the premier real estate firm in the Midwest. “I sincerely appreciate Bradley Company’s focus on capital integrity,” Mr. Norris said. “Both are the keys to delivering client value, but as a core Bradley belief, it will differentiate us and drive our growth.”
Brad Toothaker, President and CEO of Bradley Company said, “As we have continued to grow in recent years, we have put more emphasis on hiring and retaining the best quality talent in each market we serve. With the expertise that both David and Jeff bring, we will hit the ground running.” Toothaker continued, “We are excited to expand our geographic footprint and full- service platform in the Indianapolis market.”
