Mats Inc. adds two Architectural Sales Specialists in New York City and Washington, D.C.
 
New hires expand Mats Inc.’s presence on the east coast. Sandra Cohen joins Mats Inc. as Architectural Sales Specialist in New York City, and Sharlene Ghorban becomes Architectural Sales Specialist in Washington, D.C. With the addition of two new sales representatives, Mats Inc. continues its plan for accelerated growth.

About Sandra Cohen
As a welcomed addition to our New York team, Sandra Cohen comes to Mats Inc. as our Architectural Sales Specialist in NYC with over two decades of design consulting and sales experience. Having worked on a national level for several global luxury brands, she has served as a sales and business development professional for various luxury interior furnishings, accessories and wall covering companies as well as owning her own business. She brings a track record for exemplary customer service, relationship building and business growth and a thorough understanding of the needs of the architecture and design community. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
 
About Sharlene Ghorban
Sharlene Ghorban brings over a decade of interior design and sales experience to her role as Architectural Sales Specialist in the Greater DC area. She has spent her career as an IIDA-member interior designer both in an agency setting and on staff for large corporations, including Marriott International, before transitioning into a sales role serving residential and commercial clients. Having been in a design role, Sharlene uses her expertise and years of experience to approach project design and offers a unique perspective when problem solving which will serve her well in her new position. Sharlene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the American College for Applied Arts.
