HP Products Corporation, a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., acquired PCS Industries in an asset transaction completed on January 25, 2016. PCS Industries is headquartered in Tinley Park, Illinois and is a leading supplier of facility and maintenance supplies, cleaning chemicals, janitorial products and equipment sales and repair services. HP Products will continue to operate from the former PCS Industries location as “PCS Industries”.
