Kaivac is proud to announce that its newly introduced battery-operated OmniFlex AutoVac system is a finalist in the Tomorrow's Cleaning Awards 2016.

Tomorrow's Cleaning is a jan/san-focused publication serving the U.K., Ireland, Scotland, and surrounding countries.  The awards program, which is now in its sixth year, is designed to honor professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment that are proven to be innovative as well as help improve cleaning effectiveness and efficiencies.

The battery-operated OmniFlex AutoVac system is a high performance floor cleaning machine that's three to four times faster than a mop but with one big difference: it actually removes soils instead of spreading them.

Even more impressive, tests indicate it rivals if not tops the performance of a traditional automatic scrubber, can clean up to 20,000 square feet per hour, and does so at a fraction of the cost of an automatic scrubber.

It fits the award's criteria-it is innovative, effective, and efficient-because of the machine's following attributes:
* It costs about 70 percent less than a traditional scrubber
* There are few moving parts so downtime and repair needs have essentially been eliminated
* Independent tests at a major American university report it is more effective at removing soils from floor surfaces than a traditional automatic scrubber.

While the publication holds this celebration every year, it does not actually select the finalists or the winner.  That is decided by cleaning professionals, many of whom actually use these machines and are in the best position to rate them and share their thoughts.

To do so, the publication urges cleaning professionals to click here and vote for their favorite entry.
