Charles Wax, CEO & Chairman of the Board of WAXIE Sanitary Supply, is featured in a recent episode of the Distribution Spotlight Show podcast.

On the episode, Charles shares some of the reasons for WAXIE Sanitary Supply’s phenomenal growth, having grown 80 times its size since he entered the business. He reflects on growing up in the family-owned business and some of the lessons his Dad taught him that Charles has used to help lead WAXIE. In addition to discussing his accomplished career at WAXIE, he also shares a childhood memory involving his Dad and experiences from his first job out of college, which included driving a tugboat.
