The Budd Group Acquires the Business of Cross Gate Services, Inc.

The Budd Group, a leading Southeastern facilities services company, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the business of Cross Gate Services, Inc., a regional building service provider headquartered in Nashville, TN.

According to Joe Budd, CEO of The Budd Group, “This acquisition enables The Budd Group to better serve clients in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi and those companies with multiple facilities across our expanded Southeastern footprint.”

The Budd Group will operate the acquired business as a new Cross Gate Services Division.

To ensure a smooth transition for customers, management and employees of Cross Gate Services will continue to provide services to customer accounts with the expanded training, equipment and capabilities of The Budd Group to
support their work.
