EBP Supply Solutions, a leading distributor of cleaning and foodservice supplies and services in the eastern United States announced today that they have acquired the Connecticut Mop Company, a Jan/San distributor located in Plainfield, CT.  Connecticut Mop was previously owned by Peter and Terry Argeris.

“We will realize operational synergies; leverage more buying power; and garner the opportunity to expand the customers’ product base with our larger assortment,” said Meredith Reuben, Owner and CEO of EBP.  “This acquisition is a next step in our journey for sustainable, predictable, profitable, growth and demonstrates our commitment to maintain independence.”

With the acquisition, EBP will integrate both Connecticut Mop’s existing customers and their standing inventory with a goal of providing an even larger product assortment and excellent service level to existing Connecticut Mop Customers.
