Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) has wrapped up their 2016 Executive Management Conference in Clearwater, Florida. This year’s conference took place May 19 – 21, and is considered a great success as it sold out for the first time since it’s re-launch as an Executive Team Retreat for Building Service Contracting firms.

This year’s Executive Management Conference had the largest amount of attendees in the past three years. In total, over 230 attendees were present for the 2016 event, coming in ahead of 2015’s conference in Scottsdale, 2014’s New York event and 2013’s event in Nashville. Attendees gained insights on how to increase capacity to achieve the next level in their business ventures and learned how to cut down on distractions towards their corporate goals.

“I love this conference because it motivates me and my team and provides us practical, relative information to go back and share with our teams,” said Bryan Lazorik, CBSE, Bryco Services. “As always, the networking opportunities are so valuable to me and my organization.” The Executive Management Conference concluded with a session focused on creating a framework to execute initiatives and support growth, building on the earlier presentations.

In addition to all of the educational offerings, attendees enjoyed interacting with suppliers during exciting networking events.

Additional highlights from the event include:
 •  Key speakers:
      •  Rory Vaden, Co-Founder, Southwestern Consulting
