Solaris Paper, Inc. (SPI) was a proud sponsor of the Healthy Schools Campaign’s Green Clean Schools Forum at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2016 in Chicago, October 25-28.
The Green Clean Schools Forum was created to teach facility directors how to implement these cost-savings strategies. From making data-driven decisions, to selecting green products and equipment, to hands-on demos of the latest technology in the cleaning industry, the Green Clean Schools Forum will change how you clean your school. In addition to learning the best practices from leading education facility directors, this unique two-day event offered built-in networking events, as well as guided tours of the leading manufacturers’ offerings.
The Green Clean Schools Forum was a two-day event presented by Healthy Schools Campaign and ISSA that was held during the ISSA/INTERCLEAN trade show in Chicago on Oct. 25-26, 2016 at McCormick Place.
Workshops and panel discussions, led by members of Healthy Schools Campaign’s Leadership Council and industry and health experts, explored practical applications of Healthy Schools Campaign’s 5 Steps to Green Cleaning in Schools. Plus, learned from the father of green cleaning, featured speaker Steve Ashkin, who is the co-author of Healthy Schools Campaign’s 5 Steps in Green Cleaning in Schools.
There were also personalized, small-group tours through the ISSA/INTERCLEAN experience, with specific stops at booths and with manufacturers that are pertinent to green cleaning in schools and universities.
