Veritiv to Present High Performance Building Offerings at NFMT

The Facility Solutions segment of Veritiv Corporation – a North American leader in business-to-business distribution solutions and recently ranked No.1 on Modern Distribution Management's 2016 Top Jan-San Distributors list – will present its High Performance Building service offerings at the 2017 National Facilities Maintenance and Technology Conference and Exposition (NFMT) to be held March 7-9, 2017, at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, MD.

“We encourage conference attendees to visit Veritiv representatives at Booth 2571 to learn more about the company's integrated facility solutions products and service offerings,” said Barry Nelson, Senior Vice President of Facility Solutions for Veritiv. “Our High Performance Building Advisors – an elite team of ISSA CIMS and LEED green cleaning certified professionals – help customers improve building marketability and sustainability, and increase worker productivity by applying Green Cleaning principles across all types of facilities,” he said.

Veritiv will also be featuring WANDA, an interactive touchscreen device that improves customer service and streamlines cleaning operations.  WANDA is an easy to use, wall-mounted touchscreen device that tracks supplies and holds employees accountable. When a customer sends a cleaning request through WANDA, the appropriate staff is immediately notified and can quickly respond.

In addition, Veritiv will be highlighting the company’s exclusive Green Gauge sustainability reporting tool, which provides insights for green cleaning programs by analyzing paper, liner, chemical, and skincare purchases against LEED O+M standards. Green Gauge generates a report that can easily transfer to LEED Online, and the tool even identifies items that may have more sustainable alternatives.

NFMT is a trade show and educational conference for facility professionals responsible for the management, operations, maintenance, renovation, and construction of non-residential buildings.  The goal of the event is to bring free education, networking, and product discovery to facilities professionals nationwide.
