RJ Schinner Announces Proposed Acquisition Agreement

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. (RJ Schinner), a Re-distributor to the commercial wholesale trade, announced that a proposed agreement to acquire assets of Icon Distributing based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been reached. Icon Distributing is a leader in wholesale distribution in Salt Lake City, Utah and the surrounding areas. The transaction is expected to close later this month.
