The Board of Directors of Network Services Company (NETWORK) unanimously approved Membership status of newly formed Imperial/Dade LLC. Imperial/Dade LLC is the result of a merger between Dade Paper & Bag Co, Miami, Florida, and Imperial Bag & Paper LLC, headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey.
"Dade Paper has been an integral part of the NETWORK organization for more than 20 years. The company's partnership with Imperial Bag & Paper creates an impressive entity in the distribution industry," said Alan Tomblin, CEO of NETWORK. "The decision by NETWORK's Board of Directors to approve Membership for this newly formed enterprise paves a distinct path of mutual strength and success going forward."

The merger of Imperial Paper Bag & Paper Co., LLC and Dade Paper & Bag Co. was finalized June 9, 2017.
