IEHA, a Division of ISSA, opened registration for the 52nd IEHA Annual Conference and Convention in Dallas, Texas. The conference will be held in conjunction with ISSA Show North America 2018, October 29 through November 1, 2018.

“With more than 12 hours of custom-tailored education on housekeeping topics including leadership, staffing, and personal branding, this is an event you won't want to miss,” said IEHA Executive Director Michael Patterson.

IEHA offers a highly valued Professional Education Credentialing Program (PECP) consisting of 16 modules with training in management, technical, and administrative skills. PECP participants can attain the Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) or Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH), and go on to achieve a Master CEH or REH designation to boost their careers.

“Housekeeping professionals will want to devote the entire day on Monday, October 29, to participate in this program,” Patterson reiterated.

Registration for the IEHA Annual Conference and Convention includes free entry to the ISSA Show North America 2018 exhibit hall, featuring more than 750 leading suppliers from around the world. Attendees can learn about the latest advancements in cleaning; see where the industry is headed; meet with new partners; discover innovative solutions; and watch hands-on demos of the latest equipment, technology, and services.

IEHA is offering nine registration packages, depending on what activities and events attendees wish to experience.

“We want the members to have many options to fit any circumstance,” explained Patterson. “You can go for one of the Boot Camp Early-Bird Packages that include certification training or the All Inclusive, which includes lodging.”

Patterson noted that the Registration All Access Pass mirrors the similar pass offered by parent company ISSA. With it, the attendee has access to the show floor, all education sessions, keynotes and other speakers, Lunch and Learn, the Team ISSA Welcome Reception, and the Backlot Bash.

“Of course, one of the best reasons to be there is the opportunity to network with more than 16,000 industry professionals,” Patterson emphasized. “Take advantage of networking
throughout the show, from the Team ISSA Welcome Reception on Monday to the ISSA Innovation of the Year ceremony on Thursday.”

In addition to the education, exhibit floor, and near endless networking opportunities, attendees can learn first-hand who wins this year’s IEHA Awards. Taking place on November 1, 2018, at 1 p.m., the awards are presented by Patterson and IEHA Council President Zainudeen Popoola,
