ACI Appoints New Director Of Education And Outreach

The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) named Rachel Collins as its new Director, Education and Outreach.

Ms. Collins brings to ACI a broad and extensive background in education, customer service, program management and science.

For the last decade, Rachel worked as a school leader, program administrator and a teacher in two Virginia public school systems – Stafford County and Orange County – with a focus on science and STEM initiatives.

Prior to that, she was a customer service leader for major retailer Kohl’s, a program manager for a clinical medication access program in Culpeper, VA, a program manager for the Association for Public Health Laboratories and a senior project assistant at the National Academy of Sciences.

Ms. Collins has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Marymount University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington.
