Network Services, a distribution company, announced the promotion of Yelena Veksler to Vice President of Finance.
"With more than 18 years of service to the company, Yelena has been an effective and strategic leader and a renowned partner to our company, our suppliers, and our members," said Mike Johnson, Chief Financial Officer. "Her contribution to the organization has been a critical part of our success."
Yelena joined NETWORK as an intern and has since led roles in accounts receivable, credit, accounts payable, and accounting. In her new role as Vice President of Finance, she will continue to lead financial teams and will also continue her leadership role in NETWORK's CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) program. She began this initiative in 2010, gaining a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has since championed process improvement training and activities to support corporate initiatives.
