PJP, a wholesale distributor of food service supplies and equipment, was named as one of Philly.com’s Top Workplaces. The survey, conducted by Workplace Dynamics, asks the employees of 39,000 small, mid-sized, and large businesses in the Philadelphia region what they think of their employer. The highest scoring business in each category receive the honor of being named a Top Workplace. This is the ninth consecutive year that PJP has made the Top Workplaces in the area.

PJP President, and COO, Tom Furia, Jr. commented, “There are a lot of things about PJP that I am proud of, but none so much as this recognition. It’s one thing to build a successful company. To be profitable and to grow and to survive in a competitive marketplace for 55 years is a great accomplishment. But to know that we have built an organization where people really love their work, and love coming into the office every morning, that’s really special. We are so proud to get this award, and even prouder to get it for the 10th year in a row.

PJP has received Top Workplace recognition every year that the survey has been completed in the Philadelphia area, one of just a few organizations to accomplish this feat.
