Krafft Cleaning Service, Inc., Watertown, New York, joined National Service Alliance, Mooresville, North Carolina.

Lynn Krafft founded his cleaning business as a one-person operation in 1971. During the next 40-plus years, the family-owned business grew, adding new employees and customers, but always with the same quality service.
