Woman holds award she was given by two other women

Spartan Chemical Company was recognized with the 2018-2019 Greatest Annual Sales (non-disposables) award at Strategic Market Alliance’s (SMA) first ever GovConnect Expo.

GovConnect is a resource program that assists SMA distributor members to access and cost-effectively sell the right products and services to government agencies and facilities. The program covers all government facility types, from local municipalities, up through state and federal levels. SMA’s proprietary program is designed to help partners learn and grow by working together to better serve the public sector.

“When it comes to supporting an SMA initiative, Spartan doesn’t hesitate to get behind us,” says Martha Renkoski of Strategic Market Alliance. “Not only were they selected for their strong support corporately, but their field sales managers are engaged and aware of the SMA GovConnect program; that unified message is what put Spartan across the finish line when selecting this award.”

The award was presented by Renkoski, Alicia Rodriguez, SMA’s senior director of business development. Spartan was represented by Courtney Clark, corporate account manager for national accounts.
