Companies required to electronically submit an OSHA Form 300A for injuries and illnesses that occurred on the job during 2019 can begin to do so starting Jan. 2, 2020.
The deadline to electronically submit the form is March 2, 2020, according to OSHA.
Most businesses are not required to electronically submit the form. A business does not need to submit the 300A form if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Employed 19 or less workers during their peak employment time in 2019
- The establishment belongs to this list, regardless of size
