Bill Welch is the new regional manager for the company’s New York region. Welch most recently served as district manager for Fastenal in Syracuse, New York. While at Fastenal, Welch gained more than 12 years’ experience in sales and operations of multiple business units within assigned territory. Prior to that, he worked in inside sales at Harvey Industries, Inc. in Danvers, Massachusetts for two years

Eric Zittel, who has responsibility for the Eastern Iowa region, joins Spartan from The YES Group, in Brookfield, Wisconsin where he worked as the general manager for over two years. Prior to his time with The YES Group, Zittel served as director of sales at L.B. White, in Onalaska, Wisconsin, where he gained 15 years’ experience managing national accounts.
