Network Services Company has completed a landmark deal with Strategic Market Alliance (SMA) to combine the two companies, thus creating the largest member-owned global distribution organization to provide supply chain solutions to the jan/san, foodservice and packaging industries.

The company will is projected to generate over $20 billion in revenue with over 130 distributor members and more than 900 locations in 52 countries. Operating as Network Services Company, the organization will remain headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. Network will continue to be led by Tomblin.
