Several members of Servicon Systems' Infection Prevention Services Team received the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification from The Construction Infection Control Training Institute (CICTI), the company announced in a press release.

ICRA is a multidisciplinary, organizational and documented process that outlines standards and best practices for infection control within healthcare facility environments. 

The intensive training program provides the necessary information to understand and apply ICRA procedures and tools, including containment, negative air, HEPA filtration and work practice techniques. The Servicon team completed the required coursework through an accelerated online learning model.

CICTI has been providing infection control training since 1997. The institute was established to provide comprehensive risk assessment and management training for complex healthcare renovation and expansion projects. Empowering individuals to recognize and implement appropriate infection prevention strategies is at the core of CICTI’s mission.
