The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will offer two joint webinars today to educate employers and employees in the southeast on the paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave benefits available under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and whistleblower protections.

The webinars will provide information on the requirements of the law, including eligibility, coverage, qualifying reasons and how to file a whistleblower complaint. They will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Time and from 2 pm. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time.

Attendance is free, but space is limited and pre-registration online is required. Once registered, attendees will receive a confirmation email with additional information.
