A contract being signed

Clean Team has purchased A&B Cleaning of Battle Creek, Michigan, the former announced in a press release. 

A&B Cleaning started in 1966 and has provided the Battle Creek area with commercial janitorial services since. According to the press release, A&B Cleaning is looking forward to the acquisition with Clean Team. 

Clean Team has experience in servicing a wide variety of facilities including healthcare, manufacturing, educational and logistical buildings.  

"Clean Team has a strong vision of providing all customers with a healthy and cost-effective way to operate their individual business," the company said in the press release. "As a result of this vision, Clean Team is looking forward to expanding the company’s footprint in the Michigan area, while continuing to grow in the Ohio and Indiana area as well."

Clean Team, Inc began in 1996 in the Toledo, Ohio area. The company was started by Bob Armbruster. Eventually, the company began purchasing other commercial janitorial providers along the way. Currently, Clean Team has a variety of locations, each staffed with local management and trained team members.
