Tim Murch, chairman and CEO of 4M Building Solutions, announced the company's acquisition of Janitron Maintenance Management Services, Inc.

Like 4M Building Solutions, Janitron is located in St. Louis. It's the sixth major transaction 4M has made in four years.

Janitron Maintenance Management Services, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years.
