BioSafe Distributors Acquires Sanzonate Europe

BioSafe Distributors LLC, a provider of Aqueous Ozone technologies, products and services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Sanzonate Europe Ltd. The acquisition enhances BioSafe Distributors’ capabilities and service solutions, while significantly expanding its presence throughout North America and its international markets. 

Sanzonate Europe Ltd is the largest distributor of Aqueous Ozone technologies in Europe. BioSafe Distributors LLC is funded by a group of private investors aiming to target the green and sustainable markets focused in the Ozone industry. The stock purchase of Sanzonate Europe Ltd further increases BioSafe Distributors LLC market share to operate on a greater scale to improve distribution and profitability.
