4M Building Solutions announced that Tiffany Shepard was hired as director of Business Development – South Florida.

Shepard is a new resident of Miami, arriving from previous companies in the Indianapolis, Ind., metro area. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, Shepard brings to 4M more than 15 years of broad-based experience in business development, sales administration, and strategic planning. In her new role with 4M, Shepard handles development in 4M’s South Florida service areas, including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. She is also filling in a role as an interim Business Development Director for Tampa and St. Petersburg.

“We are excited about our continued growth in the Miami metro area and throughout Florida, which 4M entered in 2003,” says Josh Hendricks, 4M’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Tiffany has an expert reputation in generating and capturing new business opportunities and creating sound solutions to problems. She will most definitely contribute to expanding our footprint in Southern Florida."
