Building Service Contractors Association International’s (BSCAI) Contracting Success Conference offers countless opportunities for contractors in attendance. The association's largest annual event is currently being held at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from Nov. 14-16.  

Per tradition for the event, the over 700-plus expected attendees will have access to the ISSA trade show where hundreds of manufacturer booths and additional innovation showcases are on display. Wednesday has a full lineup of benefits for attendees, but those looking ahead should plan accordingly. Heading into Thursday, the last day of the trade show, Contracting Success attendees should plan for a full morning of events.

Staring the day off right, attendees are invited to a networking breakfast where they can discuss industry trends and lessons learned with other building service contractors. The BSCAI exhibit hall will also be open, allowing BSCs the opportunity to explore new product offerings and solutions to some of the biggest challenges facing custodial services.

Immediately following breakfast, attendees are invited to choose from six different breakout sessions. These cover topics ranging from customer retention strategies and tackling labor challenges to promoting day cleaning and mergers and acquisitions.
