Diversified Maintenance announced a transformation of its vertical services offering and aligning with four chief operating officers. This new framework will revolutionize how the Company engages with and supports its thousands of customer locations across the country.
The Chief Operating Officers are Burney Veazey, Todd Savard, Lisa M. Ostermann and Eric Johnson. All of them are growth-focused industry leaders with over 20 years of experience.
In a statement, the Company’s CEO, Neal Pomroy says, "We’re excited that with our continued growth, we are enhancing the customers’ experience and aligning operations to ensure increased engagement and world-class service delivery. We have an amazing team in place and this structure will further facilitate clearer, faster communications from corporate and field teams to strengthen customer commitment, driving pro-active planning, increasing support response times and quicker decision-making to support on-site service delivery."
The Operations leadership will drive service excellence across all industry verticals. Each COO has a team of VPs, Directors and Field Managers who are Subject Matter Experts and fully understand the various customer environments. All customers will further be supported by Account and Client Relations Executives and a dedicated Analytics Specialists team to ensure scope compliance, key metrics, account growth, innovation opportunities, budgets, cost savings and other critical aspects that drive 360 value creation.
"This strategic initiative focuses on creating opportunities for our people and providing exceptional service to our clients. Building upon the success we have experienced over the years, we’re excited to expand our executive operations team with these proven veteran business leaders who will strengthen our ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers and add continuous value through ongoing alignment, performance and engagement. As an industry leader, this structure enables us to be even more customer focused; through aligned operations and agile teams," says Keith McAlpin, president of Diversified Maintenance.
